While living in the Telephone City – Brantford, Ontario as a tinsmith, Mr. Cowherd was able to write many interesting poems while assisting Alexander Graham Bell with his telephone, as well as operating the world’s first telephone manufacturing company with his sons. Read about his family, his faith, historical events, and of course everyday life in the 19th century.

Beautifully written poetry can be found throughout this book. A must read for any history buff!
